## How the GTM system works

Stages: Signals, Research, Outreach, Conversations, Pipeline.
At each stage AI agents do the repetitive work (watching news, enriching accounts, drafting first lines, summarizing calls, updating the CRM) and people own the decisions (choosing signals, checking fit, approving and sending, running calls, reporting).
